I have a problem => Chilisoft's Asp is Free?

Unfortunately it is not free ....
It runs $495.00 US per server (Linux,NT,& Cobalt), and to my knowledge there is no current OpenSource project of VB/ASP which could be due to M$ owning the rights to ASP and not allowing a "free" non-OS specific development.
