i got a problem with the layerbox in psp7

I've never seen that happen. I couldn't replicate the issue. One thing you can try is to open PSP and immediately, as it is loading, hold down CONTROL+ALT. It will then ask you to delete all program registries. Click Yes, then let it reload.
You'll have to re-do your PSP preferences.
