I forget how to open database with menubar, Anyone help?

Dear all,

A few year ago, I used an method to hide the menubar when open the database, it shows as follows:

Menubar
[FILE]
[EDIT]
[INSERT]
[RECORDS]
[WINDOW]
[HELP]

No edit/design command involved in these menubar.

I remember that click "shift" when open this database, all menubar, toolbar, all commands will back to normal. How can I do if I want to open this database in normal? I don't want to click "Shift" everytime when I open it.
