As far as the benefits of Macromedia aquiring Cold Fusion, well, I thinks it's too early to tell. It looks to me like future releases of Cold Fusion will better interface with Macromedia's other products, like Flash and Shockwave. If you use those things, great! If you don't, it may not make much difference. Calista :-X
