I can't insert an image in crystal reports from an access database

Hellow!
I have a field witch as a path to some pictures. I don't know how to load that those pictures to crystal reports using the access field. Please Help!!!

there are several tutorials you can download from the seagate site that show you exactly how to do this in vb and a few other languages

This topic is discussed regularly. This can only be done using the RDC from an application. The followig KB article gives some hints:
