When I open a web page that has multiple windows, the secondary window of the page comes up blank with the main page being perfictly fine. What setting do i have to fix?

I cant get Multiple Internet Windows to open

You may like to try doing this if links are opening up as blank pages.
Run each of the following from start/run: Press OK after each entry.
regsvr32 Shdocvw.dll
regsvr32 Shell32.dll
regsvr32 Oleaut32.dll
regsvr32 Actxprxy.dll
regsvr32 Mshtml.dll
regsvr32 Urlmon.dll
This will register the dll files for IE to work correctly.
Run each of the following from start/run: Press OK after each entry.
