i cannot delete some html,cfm files from a Coldfusion Server!!!

When i am trying to delete the files it writes:
The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process.......
but i don't know what is wrong.......

I've seen this happen if the files were just recently requested -- the server may be holding a copy of it in the cache and will not allow you to delete it. Try restarting the web server and then immediately deleting it. Also, this may sound obvious, but do you have rights to delete files on the server?

Yes i have the right to delete it ofcourse...
it is for a University Project and now i am just working on the site i build with coldfusion studio in the coldfusion server....
