I can only make calls after hitting the Intercom button

I can only make calls after hitting the Intercom button. If I try to just pick up the receiver, there is no dial tone.

No prime line assigned on that set.

Where can I find that setting?

Can`t remember but it`s either under line access or capabilities. Look for prime line and change it from none to intercom

There is a Prime Line under Line Access, however, it is set the same as all other phones...Prime Lin: I/C

It was the phone itself that had the problem. That should have been one of the first things I checked, Doh!
