I am unable to join my client W2K PCs to local Domain. I
have a single Domain Controller and it is running DNS. I
am able to ping my DC using both IP and FQDN. I cannot see
the Domain Name when I browse my Network Places. I can
join any Workgroup I create on the LAN with this client.
From the DC, I can ping the client using IP address, but
not with its FQDN. I also can ping IP addresses and FQDN
on the internet. In the Properties of the TCP/IP, the
Preferred DNS server is 127.0.0.1 (loopback adaptor).
Any help is appreciated.
