I am new to pocket pc. What I would like to know is what is the difference between Windows CE 3.0 and PocketPC 2002

I do not know if you are looking for some specific matters, how ever, think in this way, 3.0CE -> PocketPC2000 as win98 ->XP

PocketPC has now much more devices to conect to wireless PANs, LANs and WANs.

Windows Mobile 2002 (i.e. PocketPC 2002) is OS version 3.0 (i.e. Windows CE 3.0).

I don't think Microsoft help themselves by giving the same thing so many different names.
