I wish to make hyperlinks in publisher 2000. The option should be avaiable under the Insert menu according to Publisher instructions. It's not there. I can not find it anywhere. Any ideas.

Thank you.

I just looked at mine. I also have 2000. I created a blank web page and the hyperlink showed up. I created a regular page and it did not.

May be a stupid question, but did you create a web project or just a regular blank page?

If you created a regular page, you can copy it and paste it into a web page.

Just my $.02.

I was doing a newsletter and wanted to make a link to a web site I mentioned. Similar to the way you can do it in Word. So no, it was not set up as a web page, but a normal file.

I did do as you did and open a publisher web page, and do see that the hyperlink funtion does appear. I also tried to make a hyperlink in it and copy and paste it into the newsletter document...but no luck.

Seems strange that the funtion is not available in the normal page setting.

I greatly appriciate your time to reply.

There's a reason the hyperlink button/menu doesn't show up for *print* applications. They're meant to be printed, not clicked. :)
