I have 2 reports that i want to link together via a hyperlink.

Report 1 shows informaton based on sales by month and report 2 shows other info based on contracts.

I have created a hyperlink on report one (a file hyperlink) to report 2 and in the designer the link works ok, but when loaded into enterprise this gives me an error message. I am unable to get the information for the 2 reports to be in the same report as there is no way to group the data in this way. Is it possible to use the another report hyperlink (i tried this but couldn't get it to work).

report 1 groups orders by month

jan03 3096 orders
feb03 1848 orders Graph to show figures
mar03 8475 orders

report 2 groups order by contract

contract listing

then drill down through contract to get grouped orders for specific contract by month

then drill down again to get grouped orders for specific contract by day

it is not possible to have the group on report 1 (i.e. group by month) then drill through to contract list then drill back through to group by contract / month then contract / day.

Cheers

Lee

Yes there is. When you put the report on the enterprise server, your hyperlink must be made to "A web site on the internet." On the server, there is a Crystal Server Page that the report is identified on. Your Crystal administrator should be able to provide you with the url you need to do this with.

Thanks,
Bob
