Hello all:

I have a Nortel CS1000M connected via QSIG to a Cisco Call Manager. We currently have a 4 digit dial plan and are running out of numbers. I am trying to pass 5 digits across from the Nortel to the Cisco (CDP'd the number) to see if I can have a hybrid 4/5 digit dialplan. So far I get a delay and then busy tone. I tried changing the FLEN parameter to 5 and I get an immediate fast busy.

Any ideas would be most welcome.

Thanks, Nicole

do you get the fast busy from CISCO to the CS1000 as well with the 5 digits?

Might have to monitor the DCH both ways to see what the reason code is.
