Is there a way to show status of calls in a hunt group queue on the display of a phone? Instead of using a third party application, does IPO have a way to just show basic ACD info on a phone? For example 'HuntGroupName: 4 calls in queue 3/4 agents logged in'

I didn't see any shortcodes or buttons in programming to do this. I thought maybe I wasn't looking in the right spot and would ask. Thanks.

Supervisor means callcenter.
Callcenter means CCR or Xima chronicall.
What you want is not possible.

BAZINGA!

I'm not insane, my mother had me tested!

Or you could install a receptionist licence and use soft console to monitor queues! :-)

The Avaya program: Phone Manager Pro will tell you:
How many calls are waiting in queue.

So if you're trying to get by for cheap,
you can have at least that one piece of info about your call center.

Not really, you can't buy those licences anymore :-)
