I've been co-administering our Definity G3R9 (recent upgrade) for a while now, but I have to do it on my own. Help? I've setup a hunt-group that hits 4 stations just fine but covers to the console if everyone has their station on send-calls or if no one is available. Any suggestions? Need more info?

What are you trying to accomplish? Stop the coverage? Is the hunt group new? More detail would be appreciated.

Chris

Sorry for the lack of info!! It's a new hunt group for a few of our sales people. My goal is to have any available member of the hunt group take the call. If no one is available, have the call bounce to a voice mail box to be checked later.

I have run across this, but used vectoring to solve the problem. Do you have vectoring available to you? If so, I think that I can help. If not, there may be a way to do it with coverage paths. Let me know.

I found it! My problems was due to the settings in my coverage path. Thanks to all that replied!!!
