Hi folks!

I'm attaching a Pilot DN (PLDN) to the list number LD 57

REQ CHG
TYPE FFC
CUST 0
CODE PLDN
PLDN
USE GPHT (Group Hunting)
LSNO List number created in LD 18)
HTYP (RRB=Round Robin, LIN = Linear)
...

in the prompt HTYP there's only 2 options RRB nad LIN,

how does round robin works?
how can I define a circular hunt group with these 2 options?

Thanks a reallly need your help

LIN always starts with the first one on the list and works through the last. RRB always starts with the one after the last succesful one.

LIN will therefore will end up with most of the calls being answered by the first one on the list, fewer to the second one, fewer still to the third,.. RRB will tend to share the calls more evenly among the list memebers.

Ok, now I got it. But how can I define a circular distribution?

Thanks

He just explained that. 1st call goes to 1 set in list and gets answered and hang up. Next call goes to 2nd phone on list and so on until it gets to the end. If the 4th phone is busy and the call has to hunt to the 5th phone the next call goes to the 6th phone on the list etc...

That is RRB next call goes to the next one on the list.
