I recently posted about this issue in regards to adding a que. The client has changed their mind and the current setup is this(IPOffice 403 2.1)with voicemail pro:

Call rings in 4 times if unanswered then in the overflow group their is a extension that forwards the call to a short code in voicemail pro. The options in the short code start point are 1 to go to the billing dept ( a group of three extensions)
2 to go to medical records( one extension)
0 to be assisted by the front desk( group of three extensions)

When the caller press 1 or 2 the call is directed accordingly. When they press 0 the caller hears the menu prompt again giving them the above options. Everytime they press 0 it doesn't transfer the specific group. Now the group is the same group that calls initially ring into, but I also created a different group with some of those extensions and still not change. I also have turned off voicemail for the ringing group and the when 0 is pressed the call is disconnected. I am baffled that the first two options work and the third doesn't. I also tried changed the touch tones and still nothing. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Sounds like your "back to main menu" option in the Voicemail pro is set to 0... take a look there first

If I use a different touch tone(3 for example) the problem persists. I is not specific to the using 0.

Try using modules in VM Pro instead of shortcode start points, I never did like them as they could give strange issues/results especially early on :)

modules suck in 2.1 and I am not even sure that they work so stay with the shortcodes as they DO work, but check the group extension that you transfer to in the 0 option. Call the group from a phone and if that works the problem is not the group itself

In 2.1 also sometimes a problem is the voice that recorded the greeting (but mostly that causes to go to a random option not one that doesn't work) also make sure that the queueing in that group is either turned off or that the startpoints for queuing are not pointing to the same shortcode.
