Hunt Group Prob.

MICS 6.1 and NAM 4.1, I want a group of phones (4) to transfer from the CCR in a sequential mode. No lines assigned. when they press 1 it should hit the HG, it hits the first station and stays there.
Any ideas?

Put the members in order your want to ring.
Make sure the mode is set to sequential

Did that, just rings at the first member about 6 times then sally says party can't be found. I tried this on my test system and get the same thing. I have gone over everything two or three times. I am becoming very frustrated.

Sequential Hunt groups don't "hunt" like a CC. It finds an idle member and that's it. No answer it times out through whatever overflow you have designated.

Found my problem,the transfer recall was set to low and was not giving enough time to search. Works OK now.

If transfer recall is affecting your hunt group, you have not assigned the lines properly.
