I guess you cannot have a hunt group enable/disable key or a night key on an ip nortel set ? It allows me to program it but the key always shows blank. Not even the label display on set. Any thoughts?

What does is say in the Manager help?

Nortel IP sets are SIP phones, basically single line sets with a fancy display.

I like the design but the functionality sucks on IPO. Chances are that sizbut hits the nail on the head here, it might just be that way but I never did more than playing with them as I told everybody to either stay with Nortel or change the phones, no way you are really happy with the Nortel IP phones on an IPO, except if you really don't care and all you do is make calls and don't care about functionality.

Hunt group enable/disable take you user out of group it does not enable or disable the group
you need either set hunt group night service or set hunt group out of service.
I have never used Nortel IP phones on an IPO (Thankfully) so I am not unsure if the buttons are actually usable or not

Thanks. Yeah I just moved on. Gave the user two short codes instead. One to turn on. One to turn off. Thanks for replies.
