IPOffice 10.0, currently using 9600 phone, was using 5621. On my old phone (5621), when a Collective Hunt Group call rang, my 5621 showed a missed call if another User answered.
My new 9608 phone will only show Hunt Group missed calls if the call goes to Auto Attendant or hangs up.
"Log Missed Hunt Group Calls" is checked on both System / Telephony/ Call Log and User / Call Log.
From my testing, if the hunt group is Collective Call (Waiting), then the 9608 will not show the missed call (because it was answered by another user), but the 5621 will show it as missed in same parameters.
Am I missing something here?
