When a hunt group is set to 'idle' (for selecting a user) is that idle time based on all of the hunt groups that the user is a member of, or just on that hunt group.

it is bassed on the usage of the phone.
the timer gets reset whenever a speach path is opened or closed.

WARNING: the timer does not get reset by soft keys on the handset ie DND or HuntGroupEnable, only when the handset gets Dial tone. likewise using softkeys for log on/log off do not reset the timer meaning that a users longest wait time will be from when they finnished work on the previous shift.

Avaya do not consider this to be a bug!

Thanks for that.

Does the rotor consider all hunt groups as well?

Longest waiting works across all groups. The timer begins after each call/ringing/etc.
