Hunt Group display

On IP Office 4.1, is there a way to have the hunt group name or the incoming call route tag display on the phone AFTER the call is picked up?

Currently the incoming call route tag shows while the call is ringing, but as soon as the agent answers the call it only displays the caller id information.

This would be very helpful for tracking the source of the call without the agent having to try and remember until the call is over.

I too wish IPO did this, the only way I am aware of would be to use Phone Manager on the workstations like our divisions use.

the only way is an IP500 upgrade and use 95xx 96xx phones. the TAG stays on the screen when the call is answered.

Yeah.... OK good to know about the 96xx and 95xx possibilities.... Also recommended the Phone Manager (Lite) option to the customer.

Good to know about the 9500 series phones, I have 89 on order, hope to get a feel for them soon.
