Hunt group call forwarding

Customer has a hunt group which they want to call forward to a cell phone afterhours. This has been working. Now this weekend it has stopped.

User has a hunt group out-of-service button. Hunt group set to go to a group with one member in out of service state. This extension is set to call forward to cell phone. Internal extension calls forward. DID calls to the extension forward, but the hunt group does not.
 
Is the second group "out of service" ?
Put it back in service

Make sure the user has a voip, digital or analogue extension
 
Second group is in service.
User has all Digital phones.

VM Pro autoattendant sending calls to an individual extension now instead of call group so that these calls can forward to the cell phone afterhours.


 
Make sure the group is not set to Callective (group ring), it wont forward calls if it is set for Collective, it only works with sequantial, roatary, and longest waiting.
 
Yes, already checked, and correct number is in the field.
 
Is this on 4.0.5 or 4.0.7 I remember problems with huntgroups and forwarding on those releases.

Could be, installed about 3 months ago. Strange that is was working without a problem initially though. I was thinking I should upgrade to latest software.
