Someone thought that because I am the IT guy who takes care of the network, I should be able to also take care of programing the phone system which is a Norstar ICS “NT7B54FB” with Nortel “NT8B27” phones at the desktops. Thanks to a post I found on this site I was able to get the order/add to the current hunt group.
Now I need to setup the option for when all the lines are busy to either stay in the queue for a determined time and then be sent to the general VM, currently when all lines are busy the caller gets the busy tone.
I have searched for a manual which may have the programing instructions listed, but have had no luck.
I believe I will need to somehow change the “if busy:BusyTone” to “if busy:queue” “Q timeout” then to the “Overflow DN”

I’m hoping someone on here knows where I can get a manual to look at or perhaps can point me in the right direction?

Thanks
