Hello,
What you describe could be a couple of things. One could be that either your "cookies", located in C:\Windows\Cookies and/or your temp internet files are full, located in C:\Windows\Temporary Internet Files. I would suggest for you to empty these out. Note: This will remove any passwords that you may have saved on your computer that have the "save password" checked and you will have to enter them again. Everything in the cookies will delete but "index.dat".

Another thing that it may be is your TCP/IP may be corrupt. To fix this, you may need your windows disk if the proper cab files are not on your computer. Remove TCP/IP from Control Panel/Network, do not shut down when prompted and do a search and rename the .386 part to .old of the following: vip.386, vtcp.386,vtdi.386, and vtdnb.386 to all located in Windows\System. At this point, restart the computer. Go back to Control Panel\Network and Add TCP\IP in again.

Good Luck.
