Hello,

I've created an HTML Signature, which includes a company logo. When i add this to outlook, it works on some machines, but others, the logo disappears, and is replaced by an empty window, with a red cross in it?

If i open this template, just by browsing to it, i can see it fine? Its just in outlook it doesn't work?

Any ideas?

I would of said the problem lies with the people who are opening your emails due to the way they have outlook setup. For example some people might be using Word as the email editor whilst others are not this might affect the way word treats signatures. I might be wrong but I though that when you composed a message as HTML format its the same as a webpage therefore the people who cannot see the logo as you want do they have internet access on their machine automatically ? Like via a network connection automatically ?

Are the people who cannot see the logo correctly on the same version of Outlook and what is this version ? Also do you use word as the email editor when you compose the message and include your signature. ?

Just a few thoughts, they may or may not be correct though :)
