Hi, does anyone know of a way to insert HTML into signatures in the outgoing mail of Outlook? I just need to insert a simple HREF, so I can give a reference to a URL without having to have the full address shown as part of the email. It's a simple matter to do within the email itself, but I cannot see a way to insert it automatically
at the bottom of the text.

TIA, pat.

You would have to use the Advanced Edit option under the signature picker to do this in another editor program like Word. However the Advanced Editor that is called depends on what mail editor you are using (i.e. plain text, RTF, HTML)

You may want to set your editor to HTML and then try the advanced edit option. But you will run into issues when you are trying to use your signature on a reply when someone sends you a formated Plain Text or RTF message as the HTML will not translate over correctly for obvious reasons. joegz
