Does anyone know if it is possible to load an html-page into a frame in a flash-movie, and not a flash-movie into a frame of a html-page??

yes...you can but it is quite complicated...depends on how bad you wanna do this and how much trouble you wanna go to. I have the book: Flash Actionscript f/x & Design by Bill Sanders, he goes into quite a lengthy discussion on how to do this.
