Is it possible to call a custom Outlook form on a mailto link on an html page? Want to have a preaddressed link for users to select, but have it provide a customized form rather than the default new mail form (ex: help desk form) Thank you.

PS- as an alternative, is there a way to set up an html link to run an Outlook task form? [ponder] TY again!
