HP t5000 Citrix Terminalsession FullScreen Problem

Hi together,

is it possible to make a real full screen citrix session?! we got the problem, that there´s no real full screen. if i click under the windows taskbar, the window disapperas, and the user gets a blue screen with the HP Logo. after hitting alt+tab the session appears again in the front.
this is not really how it has to work, or?!

is something configured wrong?!

it's like a maximized screen except of the thing, that there exists a thin area very below of the citrix terminalsession window. it is the desktop of the OS. when the user klicks with the mouse into it, the session disappears, and he sees the blue HP screen. after hitting alt+tab, he's able to maximize the citrix session again.
this is no good solution. the user should not see the desktop of windows ce.
hp support couldn't say anything to this problem.

There is something in the client that allows full screen, however these are dumb terminals I suspect.

It might be a case of threatning the users with finger removal if they click elsewhere.

oh... i don't know if this is a good idea, becaus i think, soon they will cut my fingers ;-)

our old wyse citrix terminlas also with windows ce xx (older version) has not such problems...

ok, i thik i got something new. the thin area is the scrolled down taskbar of win ce. and this apperas under and not behind the citrix session window. is it possible to edit this in ce conigurations? ce isn´t very known to me...

Sometimes there are things that you just have to live with. Do these terminals not have a built in PN or PNA. ?

(Programme Neighbourhood or Agent?)

problem solved... my guys forgot to unmark the taskbar on top option... :-/ ... ... ... ...
