HP Laserjet 4100N w/ no power

I have no power on this machine at all and think it is probably the engine controller board. I don't have a manual on this one. I need a confirmation on the problem and a copy of the service manual, if anyone can help.
 
You can get them by going to support at hp.com, and type in the model of your printer.

Plug printer into different outlet first. This ensures good power or not.

Then look at the cables inside, might just be the power unit as well.

P.S. Please always take the time to backup any and all data before performing any actions suggested for ANY problem, regardless of how minor a change it might seem. Also test the backup to make sure it is intact.
