HP Laserjet 2200d. Print Both Faces in a Sheet

I have a problem with a printer HP Laserjet 2200d. I need to Print Both sides of the sheet, but I need the paper get out from BackSide Tray.

when I tried this, ONLY works when the paper get out from the TOP Tray...

Any Ideas??

Follow the dark side, so you can reach the light.
 
You cannot perform duplexing print with the rear output open, as the paper will have to move ½ ways up the upper outputbin during the duplex process. Also keep in mind the only time the rear output should be used is when printing on paper above 105 g. Duplexing paper over 105 g is not supported either, but you can run it through the printer two times from the manual tray then.
