I have a HP deskjet 820 CXI printer and I have been having a problem installing it on a compaq pc with windows nt. I don't have the original disk for this printer so I downloaded the driver from the HP web site. I have tried several times to load this driver but I keep getting an error stating a file is missing. I have tried downloading this driver several times but haven't had any luck. I don't have the 820 cxi disk and the downloaded driver won't install properly so how can I get this printer to print?
