Printer jams from tray 2 only not tray 1 or 3. Maintenance kit (fuser, rollers ...)did not fix problem. Is there something in the pickup assembly for tray 2 that goes bad or needs cleaned that I should look for other than the rollers.

how does it jam?
if it was a pickup roller when you open it up the paper would be fine.. it just isn't advancing like the printer expects it to...

if the paper is damaged then it's catching on something or isn't feeding straight...

Paper fine. Rollers new.Multiple page docs only. it stops picking up paper which causes the error 13.1 code.
