I am running NSM 3.1 on Windows 2003

I am trying to load a set Message Record and Actions from one CAOPR database onto 2 different types of server (as defined by cautenv setlocal CA_UNI_GROUP One is EMMGRNT , the other is EMDSMNT

In the MRA I set the 'Use Regular Expression' option to on.

In 'Eval node' I specify EMMGRNT\\\*|EMDSMNT\\\*

It's poorly documented but it says it is using the POSIX reg exp standard .

After an opreload on both type of machine , the first type (left of the '|' sign) is loaded, the other one fails

Do you have any suggestions?

Thanks in advance.

Chris

See CA Knowledgebase article TEC321336 for a good explanation on the CA flavor of regular expressions.

I've never seen "or" used in the evalnode field like that; what about using

EM[DSM|MGR]NT.*

Yes I tried that and several other combinations, does not work.

Thanks anyway.
