HOWTO: Migrate user accounts from Netware 4 to Netware 5?

If anybody could outline a procedure to migrate users from Netware 4 to Netware 5 it would be greatly appreciated.

User accounts and all user related items (ie. network shares, printers, etc.) needs to be migrated.
