Anyone know of a CASE tool that supports locally managed tablespaces and auto segment space management?

I am modeling a number of Oracle databases, not just the schemas but the whole database layout. When I use Oracle's own Designer product to reverse engineer the database, it converts all locally managed tablespaces to dictionary managed.

When I use Embarcadero's ER/Studio, it supports locally managed tablespaces but not automatic segment space management (this was implemented in Oracle before Embarcadero's last release of ER/Studio, and still they don't support it.) And there's a bug with their support of LMT's too; it allows LMTs to have fully define storage clauses!

I have not tested the new release of Sybase PowerDesigner. I posted this question in the Tek-tips forum for PowerDesigner, and got zero replies.

A little help, please.

Mark,

I'm not aware of any tool that specifically deals with LMTs any better than the ones you mention. If I were you, and if it was a significant issue, then I would contact both companies' development group and point out their deficiencies ESPECIALLY ORACLE !!! That's bogus that their tool won't even support their own convention. I'd followup with them as though it a bug and expect a workaround patch from either or both.
