For some reason, Some people can not send a e-mail to me.
they say that it just bounces back to them.
I am not sure but I think somehow thier e-mail addresses are blocked.
Do you know how to un-block their address? or any other solution for this problem ?

What kind of bounced message do they receive? First you need to determine where exactly it is stopping and the bounced message should contain some helpful information.
Have you checked with your ISP for assistance? joegz
