Hi,

I'm looking for the right way to setup an exchange, so i can create different mailboxes for different domainnames and the users can download the content local of the mailboxes. POP3 accounts.

And if possible to give them access with outlook web access

How can I do this ?

according to your question, you have no idea where to start.
