How to zero out from voice mail after recording

Can anyone help me set-up VM Pro so that a person can zero out AFTER the greeting has stopped and the recording phase has begun. I know that you can set the reception extension and have done that but it only works while the VM greeting is being played - after the 'beep' and recording has begun if a caller tries to zero out they get a message 'Invalid Entry'. Thanks!!!

Im not sure f this will world but try pressing # to exit msg recording then pressing 0

Thanks IPGuru it does work but I really would like to find a way to just be able to press zero as it is common with most voice mail systems.
