How to use the Outlook offline mode with Citrix

Hello,

In order to improve my Outllok speed under Citrix (3.0 / 2003 server), I would like to activate the offline mode for outlook.

But when I go in tools/email accounts/modify/more seetings/advanced, I can not tick "use the offline mode".

It seems it is not possible with a terminal server. Can someone confirm?

Just as an aside why would you be wanting to use offline from Citrix.

To increase the speed: perhaps I'm wrong but we would like to avoid the initial requests between citrix and exchange when a user logs onto Citrix.

I think the issue may be the speed thing then. Just about every Citrix install I have done includes e-mail of one sort or another, and not had any problems.

What are your symptoms ?
