How to use Quark 6 with a template and 500 names

I have a template set up in Quark 6 and need to print 500 names to envelopes. The names are in Quark already, is there an automated process for this so I dont have to layout 500 pages?

Are you needing a "mail merge" like option in Quark, because i am having the same problem too...

If you find a solution please let me know.

If you are looking for a "mail merge" option, I believe the only way is through an extension. I have only messed around with XData, but there are many others. Here is a link with a few.
