How to use a prompt with no value

I need to use report prompts, where the report should get all the data if I dont put any value/data in the prompt. Right now I need to put some value in the prompt text box as without that the OK button doesnt get enabled.
How do I do it. Any settings in BO....

You are without option here as User have to enter some value to enable the OK button. But it is more of a do nothing prompt. If the user enters some value use that or else select all the values.

Do a search in busobj.forumtopics.com for ALL in prompts.
