how to update NCP 1

Hi,
Make sure you have downloaded the latest maintenance tool from Panasonics website
Then download the version you want of Panasonics website, once downloaded it will be a folder that says "Private"
Once you have done this you must then take a backup of your existing system "DBSYS"
Open this backup on your new tool, it will ask you to convert it to latest version, say yes to this, then save it as DBSYS2 or something
Then remove the SD card from the PBX and replace the private folder on the SD card with your downloaded private folder
Put the SD card back into PBX and set the PBX to "Initialize"
Once initialized set back to normal, you will see it says the version on the bar at the bottom,
You can then import your DBSYS from the utility menu
Easy

thank you for the provided info, do you have the official link for the latest maintenance tool(pbx unified) and the version of panasonic NCP 1000?
it will be great if you can provide it to me.

i have found UPCMCv7.8.2.0_R3 i dont know if it is the latest one. Still need to update pbx version. Where can i find it?

Hello,
If someone could point me in the direction of where I can download the firmware and software for the NCP500, that would be great. Im currently running v4.1001 and im getting a few issues which I'm hoping could be solved with a firmware update.

I use this
As I am from UK I select Europe, I then have to sign in with my B2B Partner information

I am assuming you do not have this however....
