How to turn off headers in Voice mail pro

I have a client that believe it or not, does not want the headers played when they check their messages.

They do however want the option to play them on demand.

How would I change this?

You cannot do that.

I am assuming you are using intuity vm pro?

You can press 0 to skip the header.

ACA - IP Office Implement
ACS - IP Office Implement
ACE - IP Office Implement
ACI - IP Office Implement

That would be correct, however we are moving to IP Office interface.

Still no way to turn them off?
