Hey All; Haven't come across ACD in NAM for awhile, and I have a customer with a used system. I have programmed it to answer with AA after 2 rings, and I have defined the attendant in both the operator settings, and the table, there is no menu prompt, and the CCR tree 1 is enabled. Every once in a while the queue is answering? The new customer does not require ACD, and I can't remeber how to turn it off, or even how to program it. It would be Prelude, Minuet or Symphony.
