how to transfer data from one datasheet to a listobx

i have a tab control(box)- in first tab i have a list box (geting data from table 1) in second tab i have a subform (datasheet view) (geting data from table 2)
now, i would like select the row in datasheet and with a click on the button - move to a listbox (from table 2 to table 1)
any idea?

and there is another thing..
these two tables has a different field names for the same data
is it possible to copy from one to another insted of the fact they have a different names
i am running on short with time for this...if enyone has an idea?
