hi guys,
i have this domain of 20 users, where only my boss wants to save his data (mails) in a pst file in his computer not on the exchange server, right everyone has mails stored on exchange, can any one tell me how to make his mails store on his computer i mean the PST file to be on his computer, so that even if he unplugs his laptop from netowrk he can see all his mails, thank you all

This is an Outlook (client-side) question. Just create a Personal folder in his Outlook profile. The location of the .pst should be somewhere on his hard-drive.
In Outlook goto Tools-Services-Delivery tab and pick the 'Personal folders' option to deliver new mail
