Hi all,

May I know how to do the abovementioned under E2k3? My Exchange has to backup all the mails of the company.
Thanks

Do a search on .ADM files, the office related ones.
These files allow you to configure group policy setting for Office.
Check out the one for Outlook, you'll find a section under miscellaneous for PST settings.
you can't disable them from here but you can affect the size, say 1Mb.

Hope that helps a little

This is what I do...

I realize this is an old thread but, here it goes.

I have a user folder on our file server (which is backed up every night), I map every user through a logon script to a U: drive and then point thier Personal folders to that drive and let them save them their.

It's backed up and keeps their storage limits under control.
