How to startup ACCESS2000 requiring user-log-on?

Greetings!
How to startup ACCESS2000 requiring user-log-on? I have setup all user-level security settings with the whizard. but when I reopen ACCESS file, no user-log-on prompts.
I have checked ACCESS-help, but only "requiring no log-on" is displayed there, and that doesn't help. So I need your help.
Your kind response would be very appreciated!

You have to assign an Administrator password. After that the Login dialog prompts... ;-)
